摘要
设计并实现了标准清晰度数字电视的立体声音频编码器。该编码器的信号输入包括两种类型，模拟音频信号的输入和串行数字音频信号的输入。编码器输出码流完全符合ISO/IEC11183-3 MPEG-2标准。该文阐述了音频压缩编码器的系统构成及基本原理，并且详细地的说明了硬件电路设计思想及相关时序波形的分析。
Design and implementation of the audio encoder in SDTV are presented in this paper. There are two kinds of input signals in this encoder: analog audio signal input and serial digital audio signal input. The output data stream of this encoder is accordant with the ISO/IEC11183-3 MPEG-2 standard. Not only the system architecture and basic principle are described in this paper, but also the design ideas are proposed and timing sequence of hardware is analyzed in detail.
