摘要
该文提出的等值刚度法是将复杂的多分支管道应力计算,通过计算数学的等值变换原理,转换成无分支管道求解应力的一种计算模型。基于该模型开发的软件与美国SAP(有限元方法)、日本CASEII等软件在工程应用后比较,具有精度高、计算速度快、适应范围广等特点。该方法在石油、化工、发电等行业的新建厂管网和老厂改造管网工程设计中有一定的应用与推广价值。
The equivalence rigidity method introduced in this paper is a kind of computing model, which transforms complex multi-branch pipe computing into branchless pipe computing based on the theory of equivalence transformation. The software developed on this model has the characteristics of high precision, high computing speed, wide application compared with SAP of America and CASEⅡof Japan. This method can be generalized to the engineering design in the fields of petrol, chemical industry, power supply and so on.
