万拉法新临床应用125例分析

An analysis of the clinical use of venlafaxine in 125 patients

目的 : 探讨盐酸万拉法新治疗各种精神障碍的疗效与副反应。方法 : 对 2 0 0 0年 12月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月在心理科门诊的各种精神障碍患者 ,包括抑郁症、注意缺陷多动障碍、焦虑症、社交焦虑症、强迫症和创伤后应激障碍等 ,作回顾性研究。应用Conner’s简易量表、抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、90项症状清单进行评估。结果 :万拉法新对某些精神障碍均有一定疗效。 结论 :万拉法新是一种起效较快的抗抑郁剂 ,对某些精神障碍有一定疗效 。

Objective:To detect the effectiveness and side effects of venlafaxine in the treatment of some mental disorders. Method:Outpatients in our department with some mental disorders including depression,attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder,anxiety,social anxiety disorder,obsessive compulsive disorder and post traumatic stress disorder from Dec.2000 to Dec.2001 have been studied.Some rating scales such as Corner's rating scale,SDS,SAS,SCL 90 have been used. Results:Venlafaxine had some effectiveness to treat some mental disorders. Conclusion:Venlafaxine is a new antidepressant.It has a definite effect in treating some mental disorders with few side effects.
