摘要
对钢制气门摇臂进行多道激光表面合金化处理 ,精磨后获得厚度达 0 4 0~ 0 6 0mm的合金化层。该合金化层由胞状晶和胞状枝晶组成 ,显微组织为马氏体、残留奥氏体和碳化物 ,表面硬度在 78HRA以上 ,而且硬度在深度方向上较为均匀。试验结果表明 ,使用优化的激光工艺对摇臂进行表面合金化处理 。
By laser surface alloying processing,an alloying layer with the thickness of 0 40~0 60mm(after finish grinding) on the steel rocker arm was obtained.The alloying layer consisted of cellular crystal and cellular dendritic crystal.Its microstructure was martensite,residual austenite and carbide,with the surface hardness over 78 HRA,and the microhardness distributing uniformly along the depth direction.The results show that,by laser surface alloying with optimized parameter,the rocker arm with high quality alloying layer can be obtained.
