摘要
提出了齿轮激光淬火逐齿扫描时每个轮齿的“起始温度Ti”的渐变性。根据“控制体”能量守恒原理 ,导出了Ti 计算公式。针对Ti 的渐变性 ,为保证齿轮激光淬火质量 ,防止齿面出现微熔 ,提出了在齿轮扫描过程中激光参数的随变方法 。
This paper proposes that the initial temperature T i of gear is rising gradually during laser scanning tooth by tooth.The calculation formula for T i was deduced according to the law of energy conservation.The laser scanning parameters changing with the T i is beneficial to ensure the quality of laser hardening for gears and prevent the tooth surface from being melted.
