摘要 采用动力显式有限元法模拟板料的激光弯曲成形 ,并采用遗传算法对成形工艺参数进行优化 ,形成矩形板激光弯曲成形工艺参数优化设计系统 ,给出了一个优化的实例。 Laser forming of sheet metals is simulated with explicit dynamic FEM. Process parameters is optimized with genetic algorithms (GA). A optimizing system of rectangle sheet metal laser bending is founded, a example is given. The results are good.
