摘要
在光谱分析的基础上 ,设计了全新的光学传感器 ,利用普通工业CCD摄像机获得了清晰的铝合金焊接熔池区域图像 。
In this paper, a completely new optical sensor was designed on the base of the spectral analysis, and the clear image of the welding pool during the welding of aluminium alloy by using the common industrial CCD camera was obtained, which lay the foundation for the further dynamic control of welding pool to aluminium alloy.
