高速铣削过程中表面粗糙度变化规律的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 在高速铣削试验的基础上,研究切削速度与进给量对加工表面粗糙度的影响。 Based on cutting experiments,the effects of cutting speed and feed rate on surface roughness in high speed milling are investigated.The experimental data shows that better surface roughness can be obtained by using higher cutting speed and less feed rate.When the cutting speed gets to the critical value,increases in the cutting speed causes slight decreases in the surface roughness.Sometimes,an increase in the cutting speed causesincreases in the surface roughness.It is expected that best surface roughness can be obtained by selecting the appropriate cutting speed and feed rate for the material pair of workpiece and cutting tool.
