摘要
分析了车刀前刀面温度分布的计算方法及影响因素 ,认为车刀前刀面温度分布与切削力关系密切 ,而切削力不仅与切削速度而且与车刀位置有关。
The calculating method and influence factors for temperature distribution of turning cutter's rake face are analyzed. It is considered that the temperature distribution is intimately related to the cutting force, and the cutting force of turning cutter is related not only to the cutting speed but also to the position of turning cutter. It is presented and justified by a calculation example that the calculation accuracy of turning cutter's temperature can be appreciably improved by adjusting the parameter in the empirical formula.
