摘要
用超声提取的方法对羊毛增白剂进行前处理 ,以离子色谱法测定其中的硫酸根离子。经测试 ,相对标准偏差为 4 .2 % ,加标回收率为 88.8%～ 90 .0 %。该方法简便快速、准确可行 。
A method for the determination of sulfate in fleece whitening agent by ion chromatography after pretreatment by ultrasonic extraction is presented.The results obtained by this method showed the relative standard deviations were 4.2% and the recoveries were 88.8%～90.0%.It's a simple,rapid and accurate method.
