Determination of Arsenic in Vegetable Oil by AFS Method Using Microwave Ashing

采用微波灰化技术 ,用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定植物油中砷 ,最低检出限可达 0 .2ng/mL ,相对标准偏差为 0 .9%～ 2 .8% ,回收率为 84 %～ 10 2 %。

In this paper a AFS method for the determination of arsenic in vegetable oil by microwave ashing was described,The determination limit of As is 0.2ng/mL,relative standard deviations are 0.9%～2.8%.The recovery is 84%～102%.
