摘要
铸造技术的发展使得砂芯在铸造生产中的作用越来越大 ,被称为“精确砂型铸造”的组芯造型对砂芯的尺寸精度要求非常高。传统的芯盒设计周期长、成本高 ,利用数值模拟技术来优化芯盒设计就显得至关重要。近年来 ,射砂过程数值模拟已经受到了国内外研究者的重视 ,并且取得了一些成果 ,为优化芯盒设计、制备优质砂芯提供了科学的指导。介绍了射砂过程数值模拟方面所取得的研究进展。
With the development of metal casting technology, sand core is playing a more important role in modern casting production. Unfortunately, the core box has to be designed mainly with time consuming try and error method until now. Therefore, it is great importance to make use of the numerical simulation technology to optimize core box design. In recent years, more attention has been paid to numerical simulation of sand shooting process, and some results, which can give the guidance for optimizing the design of core box, have been achieved. The progress of simulation on sand shooting process has been reviewed in this paper.
