摘要
机构综合的方法主要有图解法、解析法和实验法。解析法较其他方法有更多的优点 ,但它常常需要建立较复杂的数学关系式。若用计算机绘图技术 (如应用广泛的AutoCAD)来综合机构 ,同样可以获得满意的作图精度和较高的作图效率。特别是将其用于综合一些常用、简单的平面连杆机构 ,不仅可以克服传统图解法精度差和作图繁的缺点 ,又可保留传统作图法作图原理简单和方法直观的优点。进而将其结果用于CAD/CAM之中 ,提高工程设计的效率。
The methods of mechanisms synthesis mainly are graphical method, analytical method and trial method. The analytical method has more advantages over the other ones. But analytical method usually needs to set up more complicated mathematical relations. If the computer aided drawing(for example, the widely used AutoCAD) is used to synthesize mechanisms, the satisfactory precision and higher efficiency of drawing can be got. Especially when it is used to synthesize some usually used and simple planar linkage, not only can the poor precision and the disadvantage of complicated drawing of traditionally graphical method be overcome but also the advantage of simple principle of drawing and intuition of drawing can remain. Furthermore, the result can be applied in CAD/CAM, in order to raise the efficiency of engineering design.
