介绍了基于OMRONC2 0 0Hα和工控组态软件组态王的一种分布式监控系统及其在综合站房———制冷站、热交换站、循环水站监控系统中的应用。详细阐述了该系统的硬件结构及软件组成以及PLC的具体配置 ,该系统的具体通信方式及下位机软件的编程思想及方框流程。还介绍了综合站房的先进控制工艺要求及恒压供水的一种简单实现方法。该系统已投入运行 ,取得良好的应用效果。
A distributing monitor system based on PLC-OMRON C200Hα and configuration software-KingView5.1 is proposed ,and its application in complex-station which includes refrigeration station,heat-swapping station,recycling water-supplying station is combined with.Introduces the detail hardware structure,software configuration,the concrete PLC configuration and communication mode,the PLC programming method and diagram flow of the distributing system.Also offers an advanced control technologies and demands of complex-station,a simple and convenient way to realize constant pressure water supplying.The monitor system has already run in spot for a long time,and woks very well.
