摘要
分析了影响非接触式静电电压表校验的主要因素 ,通过实验研究了标定电极直径、标定距离对测量结果的影响 ,认为测量结果随标定电极直径增加而增加 ,但随着标定距离的增大而减小 ,利用多项式回归方法计算了校正曲线。研究结论为制定非接触式静电电压表校验标准提供依据 ,对非接触式静电电压表的正确使用也具有指导意义。
The main effecting factors to verification of non-contact electrostatic voltmeter are analyzed.Via experiments,study the effects to measurement from two aspects respectively,the diameter of calibration electrode and the calibration distance.The results show that the measurement value will increase with increasing of diameter of calibration electrode but decrease with increasing of calibration distance.Calibrate correcting curves by polynomial regression method.The conclusion can be used not only as a reference to make verification standard of non-contact electrostatic voltmeter but also as a guide to engineering measurement.
