As two famous figures in Chinese modern history the thoughts and behaviors of ZUO Zong-tang and LIIV Ze-xu have a great influence both on their times and ours.ZUO Carried on LIN Ze-xu's thoughts and developed and practised it.Because of the obvious influence of Lin's thoughts,Zuo founded Fuzhou Shiping Administration Bureau and later he caltivated and constracted Xinjiang.
