摘要
通过对高校伍育与健康在教学实施中出观的问题 ,进行总结和分析 ,从教学观念、教学内容与课程体系、教学方法手段和教学评价体系与机制等几个方面提出下一步改革买旋的计划。为今后高校的体育工怍提供理论依据 ,从而将高校体育教学各个环节的改革进行整合 ,强化改革的系统性 ,达到体育与健康教学整体优化的目的。
