摘要
文章对高校结合自身特点,从“科教兴国”和“科研兴校”的战略高度,实践“三个代表”,体现“三个代表”的先进性,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面作了论述。
This paper discusses the enlightenment of 'Three Represents'in science and education and vitalizing education and China from macro, medium and micro level according to self characteristics of higher learning.
