摘要
电子商务中交易模型是电子商务的重要组成部分,对电子商务中的交易模型进行研究,主要体现在现实商务活动的模型化及其向电子商务环境的迁移,从而进一步对电子商务交易进行优化,提高交易效率和降低交易成本。本文在分析各种电子商务交易模型的优缺点的基础上提出了撮合交易模型的思想,并对撮合交易机制和撮合交易模型的体系结构进行了探讨。
This thesis analyses the characteristics and the limits about the various tradeoff models of E-Business based on internet environment, and then puts forward the Tradeoff Model by making match bottom on Multi-Agents, discusses the trade mechanism and the system structure of the Multi-Agents which cooperate with each other to optimize the trades and to increase the efficiency of the bargaining in e-Business.
