British Library Document Supply Center (BLDSC) is the biggest document supplier in the world. Its successful experience of management is worth learning and using for reference. Benefits of BLDSC, content of service and mechanism of charge are included. And moreover, the paper gets some inspirations from BLDSC to interlibrary loan service of China.
