根据《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》 ,论述了网络环境下信息消费者的特点及其人身权、知情权、选择权。
Based on the Protective Law of Rights and Interests of P.R.C., this paper discusses the characteristics and the protective rights of person, insider, selection and participant of the information consumers under the network environment.
