随着数字技术和互联网技术的发展,数字图书馆已经成为传统图书馆的发展方向。这与知识经济、新经济和经济全球化的发展是相适应的。为了促进数字图书馆的健康发展,笔者对数字图书馆的建立和运行与知识产权保护的关系进行了较深入的研究和探讨。

With the improvement of the digital technolgies and Internet, building digital libraries has become the developing trend of traditional libraries, which fits in with the development of social economy. In order to promote the development of digital libraries, the author thoroughly studies and analyzes the relationship between the construction and running of the digital library and intellectual property protection.
