摘要
在对国际数据库的法律保护进行探讨的基础上,对我国新旧《著作权法》中关于数据库的知识产权保护问题与保护动向进行阐述,并介绍新《著作权法》对数据库知识产权保护的新亮点。
On the basis of discussion on the law protection of database in the world, this paper elaborates the issues related to database intellectual property protection and its tendency in the old and new Law of Copyright in China, and introduces some new items added to database intellectual property protection in the new Law of Copyright.
