文章分析了加入WTO对高校图书馆的影响 ,指出了加入WTO给高校图书馆带来的机遇与挑战 ,探讨了迎接挑战的策略。
The paper analyzes the influences WTO has exerted on college libraries, points out the opportunities and challenges WTO has brought to college libraries, and discusses how to take the advantage of the opportunities and to meet the challenges.
