A probe into the work of the department heads in our university libraries

运用事物的联系观点 ,客观分析了当前高校图书馆部门主任所面临的内部关系 ,及由此引发的矛盾与冲突。同时初步探索解决矛盾应具备的素质及解决矛盾的对策。

The paper analyzes the inner relationships faced by the department heads in the libraries of colleges and universities, and points out that the department heads' qualities should be enhanced. Some suggestions for solving all the problems mentioned are also put forward in the article.
