分析２２例大面积烧伤后高钠血症高钠血症发生的原因为对不显性失水补充不足、应用大量利尿剂、输入过多的晶体液及补液不足、全身感染和创面脓毒症认为高钠血症的治疗关键是限制钠的输入和补充足够的水分及治疗原发病、纠正脱水、解除血浆的高渗状态，早期发现、及时纠正。

Analysed were 22 cases of extensive burn hypernateremia, which was caused by insufficiently-supplemented water for the unclear water loss, large-dose administration of diuretic, general infection, and wound pyemia. It is thought that what counts in the treatment is to restrict the sadium salt transfusion, supplement enough water, handle primary diseases, rectify dehydration, and remove hyperisotomic plasma. Only by early discovery and prompt correction can the death rate be reduced. 
