摘要
目的:观察胃复安、西沙必利和红霉素对暴发性肝功能衰竭(FHF)大鼠胃肠运动的影响。方法:用硫代乙酰胺复制大鼠FHF模型,定点记录大鼠胃肠运动。结果:(1)肌肉注射胃复安、西沙必利或红霉素分别使FHF大鼠的胃、十二指肠和降结肠的运动增强;(2)上述效应可被皮下注射阿托品或切断膈下迷走神经所完全阻断;(3)胃复安、西沙必利和红霉素对FHF大鼠的离体十二指肠运动均有明显的直接抑制作用。结论:胃复安、西沙必利和红霉素可能是通过兴奋胃肠道副交感神经而增强FHF大鼠的胃肠运动的。
Objective: To observe the effect of metoclopramide,cisapride and erythromycin on gastrointestinal motility in rats of fulminant hepatic failuye (FHF).Methods:The model of FHF was reconstructed by thioacetamide,and gastrointestinal motility in rats was writen down.Results:(1) The motility of stomach,duodenum and descending colon was enhanced when metoclopramide,cosapride or erythromycin was injected into the muscle of the FHF rats.(2) These effects Were completly blocked by subcuta-neous injection of atropine or by bilateteral vagotomy. (3) The motility of isolated duodenum of FHF rats wsa significantly inhibited by metoclopramide,cisapride or erythromycin respectly.Conclusion:The enhanced activity of metoclopramide,cisapride and erythromycin is mediated by parasympathetic nerve to cause some increase in gastrointestinal motility.
