消化道真菌病临床病理学观察

Clinicopathologic Observation of Mycosis in the Alimentary Tract

摘要 目的:探讨真菌对消化道的影响和病理变化。方法:对38例内镜和外科活检消化道真菌病进行临床病理学观察。结果:这些真菌形态学上主要是白色念珠菌和曲菌。在消化道不同部位引起粘膜糜烂(9例)、脓肿(5例)、溃疡(8例)、肉芽肿(10例)、粘膜萎缩(4例)和上皮不典型增生(2例)。结论:消化道真菌具有一定的致病性并且能引起消化道各种不同性质的病变。 Objective:To approach the effects and pathological change of mycosis on the alimentary tract. Methods:Anobservation was performed clinicopathologically on specimens of endoscopic and surgical biopsies of 38 cases with mycosis in the alimentary tract were observed on clinicopathologically.Results: The results showed that these organisms morphologically resemble candid and aspergillosis. Present in the alimentary tract are various lesion,including mucosal erosions (9 cases),abscess(5 cases),ulcers(8 cases),granulomas(10 cases),mncosal atrophy(4 cases),and atypical hyperplasia(2 cases).Conclusion:There was an pathogenesic role and could be caused a various lesion in the alimentary tract with fungi infection.
