Effect of Astragalus on NK Cell Activity and Level of TNF-α and IL-2 in Mice

目的：观察黄芪对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法：通过灌胃给药，建立免疫抑制模型，测定黄芪对三种细胞因子的影响。ＮＫ细胞活性用ＬＤＨ－释放法、ＴＮＦ－α用双抗体夹心法、ＩＬ－２用ＭＴＴ比色分析法测定。结果：黄芪可明显提高ＮＫ细胞活性、ＴＮＦ－α和ＩＬ－２水平。结论：黄芪对免疫功能有正向调节作用。

Objective:To determine the efects of Astragalus on immune function in mice.Methods:The NK cell activity and the level of TNF-α and IL-2 were measured after the drugs were administered by gavage.Results:The model of immunosuppression was established successfully and a marked increase in both the activity and the levels occurred.Conclusion:Astragalus has the up-regulating effect on immune function in mice.
