摘要
静脉注射高分子右旋糖酐复制大鼠微循环障碍动物模型。观察肠系膜微循环、计数循环内皮细胞(CEC)、测定血浆内皮素(ET)、内皮源性舒血管因子(EDRF)水平,对心内膜、主动脉、肠系膜微血管进行病理学检查,发现肠系膜微血管内血流缓慢、血细胞聚集成团,有微血栓形成,微血栓K值(2295±33)明显低于对照组(304±081);心、血管内膜缺损;CEC计数、血浆ET、EDRF水平分别为1370±782(个/09μl)、16042±1070(ng/L)和348±034(μmol/L),与对照组533±234(P<001)、12310±1174(P<0001)和408±044(P<005)比较有显著性差异。提示:微血栓形成不仅导致微循环障碍,还导致内皮细胞损伤、功能障碍,促进血小板粘附、聚集和血栓形成,可能是伴有微血栓形成的冠心病病人心肌梗塞发生率高的重要因素。
nimal model of microthrombi were induced by intraveous injection of HMD (high molecular dextran).The microcirculation of mesentery and the pathologic change of heart vessel endothelial structure were observed.The count of circulating endothelial cell (CEC) and endothelin (ET) and endothelium derived relaxing factor (EDRF) in plasma were tested.The results showed that the flow in micrangium of mesentery was slow that blood cells were aggregated,formating microthrombus that the K value of microthrombi were remarkably decreased.There were defect on the surface of ventricle of heart and blood vessel.The count of CEC and the level ET and EDRF in plasma were 1370±782 (No./0.9 μl) and 16042±1070(ng/L) and 348±034 (μmol/L) respectively in the experimental group.That of control group were 533±234 (P<005) and 12310±1170 (P<0001) and 408±044(P<005)respectively.These results suggested that the formating microthrombi were not only induced microcirculation dysfunction but also injury and dysfunction of endothelial cells.The adhesion and aggregation of the platelets were induced.These may be important factor of high incidence rate in coronary atherosclerotic cardiopathy with microthrombi formating.
