千金藤素对小鼠免疫功能的影响

Effects of Cepharanthine on the Immunological Function in Mice

千金藤素１５０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１·ｄ－１可显著提高正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能、绵羊红细胞所致特异性抗体的产生能力以及脾脏系数。环磷酰胺３０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１造成小鼠免疫抑制状态下，千金藤素１５０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１·ｄ－１亦能使腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、绵羊细胞所致特异性抗体的产生能力及脾脏系数提高至接近正常水平。细果表明，千金藤素对小鼠非特异性及特异性免疫功能有明显的增强作用。

Cepharanthine (CEP)150 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 can significantly enhance the phagocytose activity of peritoneal macrophages the ability of hemolysis antibody produced against SRBC and increase the weight of spleen in normal mice.Under the immunosuppressive condition of mice treated with cyclophosphomidum 30 mg·kg^-1 the phagocytose activity of peritoneal macrophages, the ability of hemolysis antibody produced against SRBC and the weight of spleen were enhanced near to normal level by CEP150 mg·kg-1·d-1 too.These results suggest that CEP has clear enhancement effect on murine nonspecific and specific immunologic function
