实验性大脑中动脉供血区梗塞的心电图动态观察

摘要 目的:证实脑梗塞能否引起心电图(ECG)异常。方法:70只Wistar鼠(雄33,雌37)分成对照组(20)和模型组(50),模型组制成不开颅的大脑中动脉(MCA)供血区梗塞动物模型。动物麻醉后,用监护仪记录对照组和模型组手术前后的ECG。结果:对照组手术前后ECG正常。模型组MCA阻塞前,所有动物ECG正常,MCA阻塞后23只Wistar鼠出现ECG异常,表现为ST段上抬(23/50),房扑(4/50),频发室性早博(6/50)。65.2%的ECG异常发生在MCA阻塞后3h内,最短为35min。结论:Wistar鼠MCA阻塞后能引起ECG异常。 ? Objective: To Confirm whether Electrocardiogram(ECG) abnormality can be induced by cerebral infarction. Methods: 70 Wistar rats were divided into the model group (50) and the control group (20). The cerebral infarction in the territory of middle cerebral artery (MCA) was made without craniotomy in the model group. After anesthesia ECG was recorded with monitor in the both group. Result: ECG was normal in the control group and the model group before MCA occluded, but ECG abnormality was found in 23 Wistar rats after MCA occluded. It presented elevated ST (23/50), atrial flutter (4/50) and highfrequency ventricular premature (6/50). 62.5% ECG abnormality occurred after 3 hours of MCA occluded and the shortest one was 35 minutes. Conclusion: ECG abnormality can be induced by MCA occluded in Wistar rats.
