摘要
应用皮肤软组织扩张器于瘢痕性脱发，颜面、颈部、四肢瘢痕和全鼻再造共１５４例，并发症发生１８例。为了提高手术成功率，我们在临床应用皮肤软组织扩张器时，作了一些技术改进并谨慎选择手术适应证，使并发症发生率明显降低。
? 154 patients suffered from alpecia, neck, facial scar or nasal defect have been treated by skin soft tissue expansion in our department. Some techniques were modified, and the indications were selected carefully. The patients’ incidence of complication decreased apparently. The results were satisfied.
