摘要
为了解刺激伪迹和肌电对豚鼠面神经逆行诱发电位(Antidromicevokedpotential,AEP)的影响,观察了不同刺激条件下刺激伪迹的改变及其和AEP的时序关系;使用肌松剂前后肌电及AEP波形成分的变化,结果表明:过大的刺激伪迹影响AEP早期成分的识别。选择适当的刺激部位、适宜的刺激信号波宽、极性及强度可使刺激伪迹和AEP充分分离;在生理状态下,肌电不影响AEP的识别,但在病理状态下,仍应注意肌电对AEP晚期成分的影响。
? The effect of stimulation artifact evoked by varying stimutation and compound muscle action potential (CMAP) during recording antidromic evoked potential (AEP) was investigated. It showed that the waveform of early response of AEP would be changed while the amplitude of artifact was too large and duration too long. This changes could be reduced through changing the site of stimulation and the paraments of stimulus. Under normal conditions, the CMAP couldn’t change the waveform of AEP, but the late response of AEP would be change by CMAP when the facial nerve was damaged.
