髁状突再植的临床研究

Replantation of the Fractured Condyle:a Report of 6 Cases

为了探讨髁状突再植的临床应用价值，对６例不能采用常规手术方法完成骨折复位的髁状突骨折，施行髁状突再植术及随访。术后经临床、Ｘ线检查及牙合力测量，证明所有患者颞下颌关节解剖及咀嚼功能恢复满意，无手术并发症。

In order to explore the value of clinical application of the condyle, replantation six patients requiring open reduction of the dislocated, fractured condylar process were treated by replantation of the resected condyle.Followup results, including clinic and radiological examinations and bite forces measurements, demonstrated that masticatory function,mandibular symmetry and anatomy of TMJ were recovered postoperatively, and that there were neither postoperative complications nor abnormal symptoms.
