医科大学学生常见牙病调查与分析

The Investigation and Analysis of Common Dental Diseases of Students in Medical University

调查了１３１１名大学生（男７００人，女６１１人）罹患常见牙病的情况。结果表明，青年大学生中常见的牙病有龋齿、牙列不齐、四环素牙、牙周炎、牙结石、釉质发育不全，以龋齿和牙列不齐最为常见。牙常见病的发病率约为５０．０４％±１．２４％。一般龋齿、四环素牙发病率女性显著高于男性，而牙周炎发病率男性明显高于女性。城市学生龋齿、四环素牙、釉质发育不全明显高于农村学生，而农村学生牙周炎、牙结石则明显高于城市学生，这些差异有高度显著性，Ｐ＜０．０１。

? After investigating the teeth of 1 311 graduate students in medical university (male 700, female 611), we found that common dental diseases of the students were dental caries odontoloxy, tetracycline pigmentation of teeth, periodontitis, odontolithiasis, enamel hypoplasia. The number of dental caries and odontolaxy was most among them; the incidence of these diseases was 50.04% in teeth of young students. The incidence of dental caries and tetracycline pigmentation of teeth was more in women than in men, the incidence of peridontitis was more in men than in women, the incidence of dental caries tetracycline pigmentation of teeth and eanmel hypoplasia was more in the students of city than in the one of rural area and the incidence of periodontitis and odontolitheasis was more in the students of rural area than in the one of city, there was very obvious difference in these different cases.
