摘要
利用高浓度尿素变性蛋白质抑制ＲＮＡ酶，氯化锂（ＬｉＣｌ）选择性沉淀ＲＮＡ，酚／氯仿抽提除去变性的蛋白质、脂类及ＤＮＡ。结果表明：该法适合大量样品少量组织细胞的ＲＮＡ提取。
With urea, a kind of protein denaturant and an inhibitor of ribonuclease, and LiCl which can seectively precipitates RNA we extracted total RNA from cardiae tissue. The quantity and quantity of extracted RNA are both satisfactory. No requirement for supercentrifugation and expensive agent such as Guanidinium thiocyanate and quanidine HCl is its advantage. Therefore the reported method is suitable for extraction of RNA in common laboratories.
