Introduction of a Rapid Method of Filters Recovery of DNA Fragment

采用置于Ｅｐｐｅｎｄｏｒｆ管中的滤纸片，快速离心的方法回收ＤＮＡ片段。实验表明，该方法是一种简便、快速、可靠的回收ＤＮＡ片段的方法，回收率高。回收的ＤＮＡ片段可进一步用于基因工程中克隆连接、酶切和探针标记。

? We estabilished a method of recovery of DNA fragment through filters in the Eppendorf tube and centrifugation. It was found that it was a simple, rapid and reliable method. The rate of recovery was over 80 percent. The DNA fragment may be further digested by restriction enzymes, nicktranslated by DNase Ⅰ and polymerase Ⅰ and linked by T4 DNA ligase.
