Green management is a new management method for enterprises to meet the need of WTO's green trade requirement.It is an ideology of green operation and management activities,which are based on the sustainable development thoughts and the environmental protection requirements.As a WTO member,sustainable development and the implementation of green management is the way out for the economic development in the western area in China.
