Overseas Direct Investment and the International Competitiveness of Enterprises

文章首先界定企业国际竞争力的概念 ,其次从理论上分析对外直接投资与企业国际竞争力之间的关系 ,并根据国外有关机构一项实际调查 ,得出对外直接投资是提高企业国际竞争力的重要手段 ;在将中国企业竞争力进行国际比较的基础上 。

The paper begins with the definition of the international competitive ability of Enterprises.It analysizes theoretically the relation between overseas investment and the international competitive ability of enterprises.Based on practical investigation conducted by a certain foreign institution,it has proved that overseas investment is an important way of improving the international competitive ability of enterprises.On the basis of comparision between the competitive ability of China's enterprise with that of foreign companies,it offers some suggestions of how to improve the competitive ability of China's enterprises.
