本文以东营市、大庆市为例 ,分析了矿产资源型城市第三产业发展的薄弱性 ,并在阐述资源型城市发展第三产业重要性的基础上 ,提出了东营市第三产业发展的目标及战略选择 ,以此来反映资源型城市第三产业发展的方向。

Although the third industry in the cities typical of mineral resources is very weak, it is really very important to develop the third industry in those cities, to cite Dongying and Daqing as examples. In the paper, strategic alternatives of the third industry development and the development orientation are also suggested in the end.
