摘要
经济转轨以来,俄罗斯远东地区的人口减少、劳动力短缺问题日渐严重,已影响到该地区经济与社会的发展。自上世纪90年代初以来,中俄劳务合作取得了一定的成绩,同时也存在一些问题,但仍具有广阔的发展前景。
Since the economic transition, the population in the Russian Far East has decreased. Labor shortage that becomes increasingly critical has restricted social and economic development. Since 1990s, the labor service cooperation between China and Russia has made some progress along with the development of economic and trade relations and has a hopeful prospect although some problems still exist in it.
