摘要
该文简述了中国公共关系的现状 ,即中国公关理论的科学性、完整性、系统性不够 ;中国的公关实务存在着各行其是、杂乱无章、多名目、不规范等问题 ;中国的公关教育与培训处在起步阶段 ,还不够成熟与完善。中国公关现状不尽人意的原因很多 ,如传入时间短、起点低 ;没有行业主管 ,政府支持不够 ;传播普及不力 ,弘扬推广乏术 ;理论实际脱节 ,职业鲜为人知 ;假冒公关泛滥 ,认识观念混乱等。作者指出 ,中国公关需要在理论上系统化、行业上规范化、教育上学科化、认识上科学化、宣传上大众化、实践上创新化。
Chinas PR theory is not sufficiently scientific, complete, and systematic. Chinas PR practice has the following problems: without considering the whole profession, without set rules, with too many undue variations or terms and irregularity. Chinas PR education and training are at the initiating stage, far from maturity and perfection. For this there are many reasons: PR in China develops for a short period of time, starting at a low level. No one takes charge of this profession. The governments support is insufficient. The dissemination isnt effective, without useful ways to carry forward the business. Theory is divorced from practice. Few people know the vocation while counterfeit PR spreads widely. Recognitions and concepts are in confusion. Chinas PR needs to be systemized theoretically, regulated professionally, specialized educationally, scientized perceptionally, popularized propagandistically, and innovated practically.
