摘要
在现代经济中 ,企业人力资本是企业经济增长最具能动性的基本要素 ,也是一种基础性的稀缺经济资源。目前我国企业家人力资本开发利用中存在闲置浪费、选择机制滞后、激励约束不力等问题。因此 ,要努力创造有利于企业家人力资本生成的良好环境 ,创新企业家人力资本选择和市场化配置机制 。
In modern economy, the entrepreneur human capital is the most init ative element in the economic growth of a company as well as a rare fundamental economic resource. There are problems engendered in the current use of the entrepreneur human capital, such as lying idle, laggard selection system,ineffective inspiritment and sanction, etc. So we should try to create the right surroundings for building human capital, innovate the selection and collocation mechanism of human capital, and construct an efficient inspirtment mechanism for entrepreneur.
