摘要
权力是需要制约的 ,对权力的制约是廉政建设的重要内容。权力之所以必须受制约 ,是因为它既是权力力量本性的要求、权力运行的要求 ,也是“人”的自身要求 ,社会发展的要求。对权力的制约 ,建立科学的用人机制是根本 ,树立无产阶级权力观是基础 ,加强法制建设是保证 ,切实加强监督是关键。
Powers needs restraint, which is the importance in uprigh government establishment. Power restraint is the requirement not only of powers nature, powers operation, but of human nature and social development. In powers restraint, a scientific employment mechanism is the essence, the proletariate powers concept is the base, legal system is the guarantee, supervision is the key.
