现代教育资源是现代人类生存与社会发展的重要资源之一 ,是实现教育可持续发展 ,特别是推动经济发展、社会文明进步的重要基础性条件之一。文章试从教育环境资源、人力资源、资金资源和技术资源等几个教育资源要素出发 ,从理论和实践的结合上 。

Modern educative resource is one of the important resources which influence the humanity survival and community development, and it is one of the important fundamental conditions to bring about sustainable development of education, especially to promote development of economy and progress of social civilization. Combining theory with practice, the paper advances the problem about the exploitation and utilization of educative resource that may promote the sustainable development of education from several key factors of educative resources, such as environmental resources of education, manpower resources, capital resources and technology resources.
