肝硬化门脉高压大鼠血浆和组织中一氧化氮、内皮素水平变化的观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的 检测肝硬化门脉高压症一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 (ET)水平 ,研究其相互关系及变化规律 ,探讨门脉高压的发病机制。方法 四氯化碳 (CCl4 )复制肝硬化模型成功后 ,检测实验组和对照组中血清、肝组织、腹主动脉中NO及ET水平 ;并比较肝组织、腹主动脉NO ET值变化规律。结果 测得实验组血清 (血浆 )、肝组织、腹主动脉中NO与ET水平升高 ,与对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。且实验组血清 (血浆 )、肝组织、腹主动脉NO、ET呈正相关。实验组肝组织中NO ET比值较对照组明显减少 ,且差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 )。实验组腹主动脉中NO ET比值较对照组明显增大 ,且差异有显著性(P <0 .0 1 )。实验组中伴发腹水者血清NO、血浆ET水平较无腹水者明显升高 ,且差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论  (1 )血清 (血浆 )中NO、ET的水平可作为判断肝硬化是否伴发腹水的一项指标。 (2 )NO ET在肝组织、腹主动脉中的失衡 ,可能是门脉高压产生机制之一。
