摘要
观察健脑合剂对血管性痴呆(VD)患者脑电地形图及脑循环动力学的影响。采用分段分层随机对照的研究方法,将68例VD患者分为健脑合剂治疗组38例,舒脑宁、脑复康对照组30例。治疗前后分别检测脑电地形图及经颅多谱勒,研究其对脑电地形图及脑循环动力学的影响。结果:健脑合剂治疗后经颅多普勒超声观测指标除RI和P1外,其余指标较治疗前均有显著性差异,尤其对MCA和血流速度异常降低的左侧VA和BA的血流有显著的增高作用;对照组治疗后的平均血流速度也比治疗前增高。组间比较,治疗组优于对照组。治疗组和对照组对脑电地形图的疗效总有效率分别为65.79%和16.67%,(P<0.01)。结论:健脑合剂治疗对加快脑循环流速,对血管壁弹性、降低血黏度以及脑部中枢神经细胞的功能活动状态有改善作用。
In order to observe the influence of Brain-Strengthening Mixture' on electric encephalic toposcopy and circulatory dynamics in the patients with vascular dementia (VD), by the section and layer random control,68 cases of VD patients were divided into 38 cases in the treatment group with 'Brain-Strengthening Mixture' and 30 cases in the control group with 'Brain-Soothing Agent 'and 'Brain Rehabilitation Agent 'and were examined respectively with electric encephalic toposcopy and transcranial Doppler before and after treatment, to research its influence on electric encephalic toposcopy and circulatory dynamics. The results showed that except RI and PI in the ultrasonic observation of indexes by transcranial Doppler after the treatment with ' Brain-Strengthening Mixture' , the rest indexes were significantly different than before the treatment. Particularly, there was a remarkable elevating function on MCA and blood flow of the left VA and BA with abnormal decrease of blood flow velocity. The average blood flow velocity after the treatment in the control group was also elevated than before the treatment. In comparison within the group,the treatment group was better than the control group.The total effective rate in the therapeutic effect of Brain-Strengthening Mixture and control group on electric encephalic toposcopy was respectively 51.88% and 17.65% ,with significant difference between them. ' Brain-Strengthening Mixture' Possesses a remarkable improving function to accelerate the circulatory velocity, improve the e-lasticiry of the vascular wall and reduce blood viscosity and to improve the functional activity of the central nervous cells in the brain.
