摘要 目的 观察五种多药耐药性 (MDR)基因在正常人体组织中的表达。 方法 采用二重 RT- PCR法及免疫组织化学 SP法 ,分别从 m RNA和蛋白质表达水平检测 (90例 ,共 15种 )正常人体组织中 5种 MDR基因的表达。 结果 五种 MDR基因在人体不同器官和组织中均有表达。同时表达 5种 MDR基因的器官和组织有肝脏、肺脏、肾脏、食管、结肠、小肠、胰腺、甲状腺、前列腺及胎盘。皮肤组织中未发现 L RP基因表达 (0 / 5 )。乳腺和卵巢组织未发现 MRP基因表达 (0 / 5 )。不同 MDR基因在各种组织中的表达存在差别。 结论 正常情况下 ,五种 MDR基因的 m RNA和蛋白质在人体组织中广泛表达 ,以在肝脏、肺脏、肾脏、结肠。 Objective\ To explore five different multidrug resistance(MDR) genes expression in 15 kinds of human normal tissues.\ Methods\ By using RT\|PCR and immunohistochemistry SP method, five MDR genes expression in 90 cases of human normal tissue were \{investigated\} in mRNA and protein \{level\} separately.\ Results\ All five MDR genes expressed in normal tissues \{extensively\}.\ Many organs and tissues including the liver, lung, kidney, esophagus, small and large intestines, pancreas, thyroid, prostate and placenta expressed five different MDR genes simultaneously.\ LRP gene expression was \{absent\} in skin(0/5), and no evidence of MRP gene expression in breast and ovary(0/5) was observed.\ The intensity of five MDR genes expression was different in different kinds of human tissues.\ Conclusion\ Five MDR genes expression in mRNA and protein level were extensive within human normal tissues \{especially\} in the liver, lung, kidney, pancreas, small and large intestines.\;
