目的 探讨多种类型肾小球肾炎时肾组织中 CD34 的表达及病理学意义。 方法 对 6 6例原发性和继发性肾小球肾炎患者肾活检组织进行 CD34 、α-平滑肌肌动蛋白的免疫组织化学染色 ,探讨二者的关系。 结果 在病理条件下 ,肾小球系膜细胞出现 CD34 的表达 ;肾小球系膜细胞可同时表达 CD34 和α-平滑肌肌动蛋白 ,二者显著相关。 结论 CD34

Objective\ To investigate the expression of CD\-\{34\} in renal tissue with nephritis.\ \{Methods\}\ Biopsy specimens from 66 cases of nephritis were examined immunohistochemically with antibody of anti\|CD\-\{34\} and anti\|α\|smooth muscle actin.\ Results\ In pathological conditions, CD\-\{34\} immunoactivity was observed in mesangial cells, which can simultaneously express α\|smooth muscle actin, both expression in mesangial cells is significantly related.\ Conclusion\ CD\-\{34\} is a novel marker of transformed mesangial cells in nephritis.
